This curriculum, aimed at the management and staff of spectrum regulatory agencies and those who work with them, covers a range of topics in spectrum engineering and management including spectrum management organization and processes, planning, frequency assignment and licensing, spectrum monitoring (including inspection and investigation), spectrum pricing and licensing approaches, spectrum redeployment, and spectrum utilization. Also covered are the theory and operation of radio monitoring and measurement equipment (including oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers), vector network analysis, and much more. All courses can be tailored to suit the needs of diverse audiences including new hires, experienced personnel, and managers or executives.
