These one to five day courses blend theory with real-life case studies, simulations, role-plays, and group activities to make the learning job-relevant and practical. They are developed by highly experienced adult learning specialists in collaboration with subject matter and human resource experts, and – in case of project management courses – PMI® certified project management professionals. We will customize the course to address your particular needs and challenges. A seasoned instructor, skilled in adult learning, motivational, and platform presentation techniques, will conduct the workshop. Project management courses are taught by career project managers with the PMI® PMP® certification.
Some courses can be optionally taught as action learning programs where your team will work on real-life problems in real-time while learning the subject matter of the course at hand.
