RCFA and FMEA Training: Root Cause Failure Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
If you are a civilian or military engineer or manager concerned with preventing or investigating component or system failures, this curriculum is aimed at you. One can approach root cause failure analysis (RCFA) from a mechanical/materials engineering perspective, e.g., wear, corrosion, rust, and fatigue. It can also be approached from a general systems or process engineering perspective. You will find both types of courses in the list below. Moreover, depending on your need, we can gear a course toward determining the root cause of a failure that has already occurred or to the prevention of a failure, or both. Also included in this curriculum are courses on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
