Buyer Agreement

Those purchasing a product or service must read and indicate their acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Publications and Now@Web™ Courses

If you have difficulty receiving a product delivered via email or download, our sole responsibility is to try to re-deliver it or ship you a hard copy at our option, but we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of media and shipment.

Public Classes: Traditional and WebLive™

We will make every effort to hold a class as scheduled, but we reserve the right to change its date, location, or instructor or to cancel it due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control. If we reschedule or cancel a class, we will try to contact you at least 5 business days (at least one day for webcasts) before the start of the class, and you will have the option to apply your fees to another class or have them refunded. We cannot be held responsible for any losses associated with the travel arrangements already made. Feel free to email Service@Eogogics.com regarding class status before finalizing your travel.

If you reschedule or cancel a class more than 10 business days before its start date, you will receive full refund; 6-10 business days before, 50% refund; five or fewer business days before, no refund (but you can send someone else in your place). To reschedule or cancel, email Service@Eogogics.com.

Webcasts: WebLive™ Classes and Webinars

If a webcast is significantly affected by a human or equipment problem on our end, we will extend or repeat that webcast as appropriate. We will not be responsible if you are unable to take full advantage of a webcast due to problems on your end. In no such event will a full or partial refund be issued.

Intellectual Property Rights

All knowledge products sold by us are copyrighted intellectual property of Eogogics Inc or of third parties for whom Eogogics acts as a reseller, as indicated in the Notices page of the document. It's a violation of the law as well as of the terms under which such products are sold to store, reproduce, print, copy, record, transmit, forward or otherwise make this information available for the benefit of parties other than the legitimate purchaser of the product.

General

Unless otherwise indicated above, all sales are final and nonrefundable.

While we make all efforts to ensure that the information contained in our products and services is reliable, we do not make any claims or warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim any liabilities arising out of the use of such information.

Any products, courses, or services that are related to third-party certifications are intended only as a means of acquiring general knowledge in the fields covered by such certifications and not as a means to prepare for or pass an examination or achieve a certification.

We reserve the right to change any of our products, courses, programs, or services and any of the terms and conditions listed above without notice or liability.
