KK Arora
President and Founder

KK Arora is the President and Founder of Eogogics Inc. His long and accomplished career spans 15 years in wireless telecommunications and over 25 years in teaching, training, research and development, technology transfer, learning organizations, knowledge management, elearning, blended learning, electronic performance support systems, organizational development,recruiting, and human resource management.
He has managed, developed, and taught high-tech training programs at Lockheed Martin, Control Data, LCC International, Duke Energy, Southern Methodist University, and on the National Technical University television network. He has published two books and several papers in Human Resource, Radio Astronomy, and Computer Science, including a pioneering work in e-learning. He has also been honored for creative excellence and innovations in engineering education.
He founded the Wireless Institute of LCC International, Inc. In 1991 and led it for nearly 15 years. Under his leadership, the institute grew from a corporate university to a graduate school for the wireless industry. As LCC’s Vice President of Human Capital Management, he developed an integrated methodology for the acquisition, development, motivation, and retention of high-tech human capital. He managed the world’s largest independent pool of RF engineers; hired hundreds of wireless and fixed network engineers and deployment professionals for worldwide deployment; established human resource functions for the overseas offices; and created an extensive HR support structure for the sizable expatriate work force.
KK is a long-time member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). He has served on the board of directors of the Global Wireless Education Consortium (GWEC), Technical Advisory Board of RF Globalnet, and Marymount University’s Human Resource Advisory Council.
His education includes an MS and doctoral work in Computer Science at Southern Methodist University, a master’s in Business Systems from Boston University, BS with Mathematics/Physics twin majors from Western Michigan University, and extensive graduate work in Radio Astronomy.
