Eogogics, pronounced “Eoh-gahjix”, is Greek for “leading (someone) toward light”. It is our name as well as our mission!

ELearning: A 2,000+ course online university as well as several hundred computer-based training (CBT) courses that cover the whole range of professional skills from soft skills, management, leadership, finance, accounting, marketing, sales, business ethics, and occupational safety to all major IT platforms.

Human resource development services: Comprehensive in-house leadership development programs, coaching by certified coaches, human performance improvement studies, and moderation of business, strategy, or problem-solving meetings by professional facilitators.

Training and documentation development: We develop custom instructor-led and eLearning courses as well as technical documentation.

Management Team and Clientele

Eogogics is led by KK Arora and founded in 2005 by a team of telecommunications, IT, and training executives who have been involved with landmark projects and credited with many firsts in their respective industries. The six-person Eogogics senior management team collectively offers: 58 years of telecommunications, 36 years of IT, 65 years of soft skills and leadership development, 65 years of instructional system design (ISD), 85 years of in-class teaching, and 72 years of consulting experience. Their past clients have included blue-chip companies and governments worldwide.
